Révélation Viognier 2017 'Light, dry, subtle wine that craves a caesar salad'

From a Languedoc winery founded in the mid 1990s by Laurent and Catherine Delaunay, the vines are planted on limestone soils and pebbles at 150 metres above sea water and after picking are aged on the lees. The palette is rounded, the acidity is fresh, the finish is balanced. It's a lovely viognier. Screwcap. Alc 13%
