Olivier Coste Chardonnay 2019 'A very fine Chardonnay for your fridge door'
The Coste family have tended vines at their Pézenas estate in the French Languedoc since the 17th century. Now the youthful Olivier Coste is the winemaker whose non-interventionalist strategy is producing high-quality, classic wines of the region. This 100% Chardonnay has no oak ageing and is bottled in the first spring after harvest. The result is a clean and precise wine; a mineral Chardonnay with a hint of apple and a delicate finish. Put simply: it's a wonderful Languedoc Chardonnay that deserves a regular spot in your fridge door. Alc 13%. Screwcap
