Montaldo Nero D'Avola 2018 'Rich, long (very long), and OMG so yummy!'

Organically-grown Nero D'Avola grapes cultivated 300 metres above sea level in the west of Sicily. Hand-harvested and not a smidgeon of pesticides or chemical fertilizers, the grapes are macerated (soaked) for six days before fermentation. The result is a fruity, generous mouthful; and a rich taste that is as long as the longest thing you can think of... Alc: 13.5%
