Champagne Drappier Brut NV 'Long, dry, very elegant with fine bubbles'
A champagne from an eighth-generation family business. The viticulture feels almost as ancient with horse-drawn ploughing and natural fertilisers used. This is a cuvée, meaning only the juice from the first pressing was used. There's an impressive degree of concentration on the palate, an aroma of peach and quince and with fine bubbles and a long, crisp finish this is one hell of a good champagne. Cork. Alc: 12%
