Château Cissac, Haut-Médoc 2016 'A true classic; very satisfying, full of fruit'
On a 19th century estate in Bordeaux by the village of Cissac on typical Medoc gravel. In the appellation of Haut-Médoc the juice is 58% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot and 7% Petit Verdot. Aged in barrels for 20 months its taste is fresh and focussed with a core of black currant and black cherry. The finish is resplendent in bright brambles and spicy oak. It's vibrant, deeply satisfyting and regarded as a classic Cissac that will give you years of pleasure. Cork. Alc: 13.5%
